My journey with healing started with my own need to find calm and clarity. From a deep need for peace I began my own path — through shamanism, somatic therapy, Vipassana meditation, breathwork, plant medicine and Reiki.
Now I love guiding others through Reiki and Choco Bliss journeys, helping them reconnect with themselves and their hearts in a gentle, supportive way.
